What started as a family business idea became an opportunity for a father and his two sons to build something together, work side-by-side and provide a service their local community can depend on.

Our Story
Love It or Junk It! began when Derek Kenmuir, Damien Kenmuir and Dashee Kenmuir decided to start a company together.
Derek, the father of the family, joined forces with Damien, his oldest son, and Dashee, his youngest son, to create a local junk removal business they could build from the ground up as a family.
For the Kenmuir family, the business represents more than simply picking up unwanted items. It is an opportunity to work together, build something meaningful and help customers reclaim space in their homes, garages, yards and properties.
Whether the job involves an old piece of furniture, appliances, boxes, household clutter, moving junk or a larger cleanout, the goal is to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Meet The Team
Three members of one family came together to create Love It or Junk It! and build a business they can be proud to put the Kenmuir name behind.
Father • Co-Founder
Derek is the father of the Kenmuir family team and one of the founders of Love It or Junk It!. Together with his sons Damien and Dashee, he helped turn the idea of starting a family-run junk removal company into a business they could build together.
Oldest Son • Co-Founder
Damien is Derek's oldest son and a co-founder of Love It or Junk It!. As part of the hands-on family team, Damien helps customers tackle unwanted furniture, household junk, clutter and other items that need to go.
Youngest Son • Co-Founder
Dashee is Derek's youngest son and the third co-founder of Love It or Junk It!. Alongside Derek and Damien, he is part of the family team building the company together and helping bring its local, family-owned approach to every job.

Our regular service area includes Surrey, White Rock, Cloverdale, Delta, Langley and New Westminster. We may also be able to take jobs outside our regular service area depending on availability.
