These are minimum starting service prices, not individual item prices. We review your actual job and confirm your quote before anything is removed.
Estimates are free. Removal is a paid service. There is no obligation to proceed after receiving your estimate. If you approve the quote, we'll get to work.

We keep our minimum starting prices public so you know what to expect before contacting us. Your actual quote depends on the entire job, not simply the name of an individual item.
Outside Pickup
An outside pickup may qualify for our lower starting minimum when your items are already at ground level, easy to access and ready for us to load.
Inside Removal
Leave the lifting to us. Inside removal includes coming into the home and carrying the items out, subject to the access and requirements of the job.
Important: $99 and $119 are minimum starting service prices. They should not be interpreted as the guaranteed price for every individual item or every pickup. Your actual quote is based on the job as a whole.

Two pickups can contain the same number of items and still require very different amounts of work. We look at the whole job before confirming your price.

Travel distance and whether the pickup is within our primary service area may be considered.
Disposal
Some materials have different recycling, transfer-station or specialty disposal requirements.

Already have everything outside, in an accessible garage or at ground level? Tell us when requesting your estimate. Easy-access pickups may qualify for our lower starting minimum.

Your items are already accessible, there are no stairs or major obstacles and everything is ready for us to load.

Larger Cleanouts
Don't Add Every Item Up Yourself.
If you have a garage, basement, bedroom, storage area or several pieces of furniture to clear out, send us photos of everything together. We'll review the job as a whole and provide an estimate based on what actually needs to be done.
Access & Special Handling
When Additional Costs May Apply.
Some jobs require more time, labour, travel or special disposal. Instead of publishing a long surcharge menu, we review these situations as part of your quote.
You'll know before we start. If something affects the cost of your job, we'll explain it and confirm the quote before removal begins.
Safety First
Some Items Require Special Handling.
For the safety of our crew, customers and community, some hazardous, illegal, biohazardous or unsafe materials cannot be transported by us.
Not sure about something? Send us a photo before your pickup. Some electronics, batteries, tires, paint, propane tanks, refrigerant appliances and other specialty items may require prior approval or specific disposal arrangements.
