Photos

We collect information about appointment dates, times, booking type, appointment preferences, booking status, cancellations and other information needed to manage your service.
Technical Information
Our website and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, maintain and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs and security information.

Photos You Upload
Photos are an important part of our booking and estimate process because they help us understand the amount, size and type of junk involved before arriving at your property.
We use uploaded photos for purposes related to your requested service, including reviewing the job, preparing for the appointment and providing a preliminary estimate when possible.
Please Protect Your Own Privacy
Whenever possible, please photograph only the junk and areas relevant to the job. Avoid including identification documents, financial records, medical information, computer screens, private correspondence or other unrelated sensitive information in your photos.

Your Service Address
We collect your service address so we know where the requested work will take place and whether the location is within our regular service area.
We may also use your location information to assess travel distance, confirm service availability and determine whether an additional travel charge may apply.
Your service address is not published on our public website as part of your booking.

When We Share Information
We do not sell or rent customer personal information.
We may disclose limited personal information to service providers that help us operate our website and booking system when that information is necessary for them to provide those services.
Our current technology providers include services used for website hosting, database and photo storage, and email delivery, including:
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery
- Supabase for database and secure storage services
- Resend for transactional email delivery
We may also disclose information where permitted or required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or where you provide consent for a particular disclosure.

Some technology service providers may process or store information in jurisdictions outside British Columbia or Canada depending on their infrastructure and service configuration.
