How do you price small moves?
We provide an upfront quote based on the overall size of your move, the amount of cargo space required, expected loading and unloading time, travel distance and access conditions. Send us photos or a list of the items along with the pickup and delivery locations so we can review the move before providing your price.
Do you charge by the hour?
We normally provide an upfront quote instead of leaving you with an open-ended hourly bill. Expected labour time is one of the factors we consider when preparing your quote, along with move size, travel and access.
Are two movers included?
Yes. Standard Love It & Move It! quotes include a two-person moving team for loading and unloading unless otherwise stated in your quote.
Does the quote include transportation?
Yes. Your confirmed quote includes the transportation described in your booking. Longer-distance moves, additional pickup or delivery locations and additional stops may affect the final quote.
What can affect the final quote?
Move size, expected labour time, travel distance, stairs, elevators, long carries, parking access, additional stops, dismantling or assembly and unusually difficult items can affect the price. We review these details before confirming your quote.
Can you pick up something I bought on Facebook Marketplace?
Absolutely. Marketplace pickups are one of the main services offered by Love It & Move It! Send us a photo or screenshot of the item along with the pickup and delivery locations and we can provide a quote.
Do you move appliances?
We can move many small and standard household appliances when they can be transported safely in our cargo van. Send us a photo and we can confirm whether the item is suitable for our service.
What size moves do you specialize in?
Love It & Move It! is designed for small moves, furniture deliveries, Marketplace pickups, storage moves and loads that can safely fit into our cargo van.
Can you remove old furniture while delivering new furniture?
Yes. Because Love It & Move It! is operated by the same Kenmuir family behind Love It or Junk It!, we can often provide a separate junk-removal quote for furniture or other unwanted items.
