We Ask To Use Your Household Vacuum
To help reduce the transfer of dust, pet hair, allergens and debris from one home to another, we kindly ask that our cleaning team be permitted to use your household vacuum during your service.
After your cleaning is complete, our team will empty and properly dispose of the debris collected inside the vacuum where applicable. Don't have a working vacuum? No problem. Let us know during booking and we will prepare accordingly.

48+ Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations receive a full refund.
24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment
You may reschedule once at no charge. If you choose to cancel instead, 50% of the booking amount is refundable.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment
Cancellations are non-refundable because the reserved cleaning time is unlikely to be filled on short notice.
No-Show or Unable to Access the Home
If our cleaner cannot access the home at the scheduled appointment time, the booking is treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.
If We Need to Cancel
If Love It & Tidy It! needs to cancel your appointment, you may receive a full refund or move the payment to another available appointment.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for deep-cleaning appointments are confirmed when your quote is accepted.

Can I book residential regular cleaning online?
Yes. Residential regular cleaning can be built, booked and paid for directly through our website. Choose your home size, select any extras, pick an available appointment and complete payment online.
Why does residential regular cleaning start at $140?
Our standard residential cleaning service has a two-hour minimum. The $140 starting service covers a studio or one-bedroom home with one bathroom, kitchen and common living areas in reasonably maintained condition.
What if I have additional bedrooms or bathrooms?
Additional bedrooms are $30 each and additional bathrooms are $15 each. Your total and estimated appointment length are calculated automatically while you build your cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You can be home if you prefer. If you will not be home, access arrangements can be provided with your booking so our cleaning team can complete the scheduled service.
Why do you ask to use my vacuum?
To help reduce the transfer of dust, pet hair, allergens and debris between homes, we ask that our cleaning team be permitted to use your household vacuum when possible. After use, our team will empty and dispose of the debris collected in the vacuum where applicable.
What if I do not have a vacuum available?
No problem. Tell us when booking so our cleaning team knows a household vacuum will not be available and can prepare accordingly.
What if my home needs more than regular cleaning?
Residential regular cleaning is intended for homes in reasonably maintained condition. Significant buildup, heavy clutter, excessive pet hair or cleaning needs outside normal maintenance may require a deep-cleaning quote.
Can I book deep cleaning online?
No. Deep cleaning requires a quick conversation with us first because every home's size and condition are different. Call or text us and we will provide a quote before scheduling.
How much is deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning starts at $225. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of the home and the amount of detailed cleaning required. We confirm the quote with you before scheduling.
What areas do you provide residential cleaning in?
We currently provide online residential cleaning bookings in Surrey, Cloverdale, White Rock, Delta, Langley City, Township of Langley, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Mission, Richmond, Vancouver. If your location is not listed, call or text us at (778) 232-1268 and we will see if we can accommodate you.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment receive a full refund and may be rescheduled at no charge. Between 24 and 48 hours, customers may reschedule once for free or cancel for a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. No-shows or situations where our cleaner cannot access the home are treated as same-day cancellations.
Deep Cleaning
If your home needs more time, heavier buildup removal or detailed attention beyond routine maintenance cleaning, a deep clean may be the better fit.
Every deep clean is different. Final pricing is based on the size and condition of the home and the amount of detailed cleaning required. We confirm your quote before scheduling.
