Will A Working Household Vacuum Be Available? *
To help reduce the transfer of dust, pet hair, allergens and debris between homes, we ask to use your household vacuum whenever possible.
After using it, our cleaning team will empty the collected debris where applicable.
Are There Pets In The Home? *
Letting us know helps our cleaning team prepare.
Choose Your Day & Time
Residential cleaning is available 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.
Who Are We Cleaning For?
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please review these terms before completing your booking.
Cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations receive a full refund.
You may reschedule once at no charge. If you choose to cancel instead, 50% of the booking amount is refundable.
Cancellations are non-refundable because the reserved cleaning time is unlikely to be filled on short notice.
If our cleaner cannot access the home at the scheduled appointment time, the booking is treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.
If Love It & Tidy It! needs to cancel your appointment, you may receive a full refund or move the payment to another available appointment.
